Shipping charges are calculated per-unit and vary based on destination state and total order quantity. Higher quantities attract lower per-unit freight rates.

Delivery Timelines
- Karnataka: 5-10 business days from payment confirmation
- Tamil Nadu: 7-14 business days from payment confirmation
- Kerala: 7-14 business days from payment confirmation
- Timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume and logistics conditions.
Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier name and tracking/LR number.
- Track your shipment using the details provided in the notification.
Receiving Goods
- Inspect the goods at the time of delivery for correct model, quantity, and condition.
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery to sales@hospidirect.in.
Delivery Issues
- Hospidirect is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.
- Natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events may affect delivery timelines.
- Logistics partner operational issues are beyond our direct control.
