Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all B2B (business-to-business) transactions between Hospidirect Pvt Ltd. ("Seller") and registered buyers ("Buyer"). By registering on our platform and placing orders, the Buyer agrees to these terms.

Our platform is exclusively available to verified B2B partners in India. All registrations undergo a thorough verification process before approval.

• Only businesses with a valid GSTIN registered in Karnataka (29), Tamil Nadu (33), or Kerala (32) may register.
• All registrations are subject to review and approval by Hospidirect.
• Hospidirect reserves the right to reject or deactivate any registration without notice.
• Buyers must provide accurate business information including company name, address, contact person, and GSTIN.

• All prices are listed excluding GST (Goods and Services Tax).
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 10 units per product variation.
• Prices are subject to volume-based tier pricing. Higher quantities attract lower per-unit rates.
• Prices may be revised without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will apply.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or proof of bank transfer.

• Payment is accepted via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) only.
• Buyers must submit UTR/transaction reference number or payment screenshot at checkout or within 24 hours of placing the order.
• Orders not paid within 30 days will be automatically cancelled.
• Hospidirect will issue a Proforma Invoice upon order placement and a Tax Invoice upon payment confirmation.

• All applicable GST will be charged as per prevailing rates (currently 18%).
• Intra-state sales (Karnataka): CGST 9% + SGST 9%.
• Inter-state sales (Tamil Nadu, Kerala): IGST 18%.
• HSN Code for products: HSN 7324 10 00 (Stainless Steel Sinks).
• SAC Code for shipping: SAC 9965.

Shipping is available to Karnataka (KA), Tamil Nadu (TN), and Kerala (KL) only. Freight charges are calculated per-unit based on destination state and total order quantity. Delivery timelines are 5-10 business days for Karnataka and 7-14 business days for Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

Hospidirect is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural calamities, or force majeure events.

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting sales@hospidirect.in. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Hospidirect reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

Hospidirect's liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied. Hospidirect is not liable for consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from the use of products or services.

All disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Hospidirect reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
